I have a feeling there are several things happening.

1. Many bought near the top for the split and over extended: looking at margin calls or disappointment.

2. Option expiration

3. The topping out after the split brought out the shorts.

4. Frenzy to get shares before the split has faded.

5. Fed interest comments.

6. Lethargic market conditions.

7. Every Spring for the last 2-3 years we have had a weakening market.

8. Market slowdown could effect NITE's earnings

There are more, but I think much of this will correct after the weekend.
