>>Stopped out of PTEK at 17 (eom) ls<<

HLTH now @ 110, Doubled down @ 17 on PTEK!
I would not sell PTEK here.. Just PTEK's share of WEBMD is worth over 25+ and that does not include the usa.net ipo comming in june. And there is large short intrest.

ARGH! Follow the link! techstocks.com

Here are some comments from Raymond & James Associates

"As reported in the Wall Street Journal this morning, it appears that WebMD is close to joining forces with Healtheon in a deal that could value WebMD in the $3.5 billion to $5.5 billion range. Premiere owns 2.9 million shares or about 9% to 10% of WebMD. With almost 50 million fully diluted shares at PTEK, the WebMD investment on Premiere's balance sheet could become worth over $300 million, or over $7 per share.

USA Net Inc., another of the Internet incubator companies at Premiere, has filed to go public and currently has a mid-point filing range of $16 per share. Premiere owns over 4.2 million shares of USA Net and could see $100 million to $200 million ($2 to $4 per PTEK share) of balance sheet value created if USA Net performs similarly to other Internet IPOs. The other Internet incubator companies partially owned by Premiere are further
away from IPOs, but appear to be headed toward creating additional balance sheet value for PTEK. "
