Speaking of gold for jewelry, I still remember the wind up solid gold Gruen wristwatch I won down in Asbury Park, NJ in one of the games in 1967. It was a beauty, and probably worth at least $500 today, if some two bit thugs had'nt stolen it from me in 1969. Oh well, gold is getting so cheap here lately, that gold watches should make a strong comeback! Yogi
