YES, DITTO, let Barrick knows Kick Back is ILLEGAL. Half of the world knows that the only reason that suharto asked Barrick to buy Bre-X property is because Barrick gives a kickback to suharto. I heard rumors that the indonesian government is well known to be crooked, and this country indonesia is completely unconstitutional.

Cooking up a story about "jobs" is far fetch, not to mention directly asking Bre-X to give up its property to Barrick is obviously a kickback scheme. Where are the laws in indonesia? Does suharto just create his own laws at will to suit his needs?

With a stunt show like this, who else is going to invest in indonesia? I don't care if there is a billion tons of gold or diamond mines kicking around, if the exploration company gets nothing from it, who's going to invest in indonesia? I mean indonesia is like China, Russia, & the good old Hitler Germany time, underdeveloped uncivilized country like indonesia will remain uncivilized, there is no doubt about it.

It is sad that Bre-X just sit there, although Bre-X cannot do anything to suharto, Bre-X can sue Barrick under the US Foreign Corrupt Practises Act, at least we'll drag Barrick into the lawsuit, let the whole world knows they employs "kickback scheme" to get the bid. To have directors like Brian Mulorney and George Bush doesn't mean a damn thing, they can still sue. And speaking of kickback, wasn't Brian Mulorney being sued with kickback money with Air Bus or something like that? No wonder he is the director of Barrick.

My question is, why's Bre-X just sit there and sue noone? If Bre-X sues Barrick under the US Foreign Corrupt Parctices Act, guarantee their stock will go up by 2 pt.
