A point to keep in mind. LONE can pre-pay any of the Reg. S debentures it issued at any time with minimal or no penalties. If they could raise the money from friendly parties now they would. The shorts don't want them to and will apply as much pressure as they can to prevent this from happening. (Probably because they need the deb's converted into stock to cover their positions.) What is preventing LONE from raising the money? As much as anything else it's the share price. The shorts know that the lower the price, the harder it is to raise funds and is probably (IMO) impossible at these levels. A conventional limit for this sort of thing is a dollar, above which it can be done easily, below which its very difficult
