The IR person at BLLS emailed me and said they are running behind on filing their Form 10 to go onto the Nasdaq. He said some delays beyond their control have pushed back the filing. Anyway, he said they should have it filed within the next couple of weeks, and they could be approved within the next 30-60 days---conservatively. Red
