Surprised! I am surprised that LDDI had the money to buy out AIME's product. Thanks for the capsule summary. I think I will hold on to LDDI a while longer, although LDDI's lack of any recent SEC forms is disturbing. I guess I have to find out what LDDI is doing through other companies' reports! Addendum: Just did a quick text string search of AIME's filing. No mention of LDDI or LDDH anywhere, but many references to Powerchannel. I think LDDI remains jsut a shareholder of Powerchannel.
