Yiwu Zhang, have you ever heard of a "thought experiment"? Suppose that the rest of the world entered into the United States under the same terms as Texas or New York, with their own state governments, representation in the Congress, civil liberties guaranteed under the Bill of Rights, and an economy integrated into ours. Would most of them be better or worse off then they are now?
