Z, I don't see any reason for the move up, unless something secret is going on behind the lines. The DRAM makers are still moving toward DDR and the Intel bribes don't seem to be enough to make them build this overpriced chip in size. If it does come true, it will not be at current licensing fees. It looks like a put all the way down to the 30s, IMHO.
