I will but expect never to have to say so. If you get excited, lie down until the excitement goes away and then you'll be able to cast a more subjective eye on the situation. (Cast a cold eye on life, on death.--Yeats) Just be honest with yourself and others about the possibilities, the rewards and also The Risks. Hyping, to me, means a willful attempt to manipulate others by exaggeration and possibly by making completely untrue statements. When we delude ourselves (which we all do), we may pass our delusions onto others as bad advice yet the intention be sincere. Each and everyone one of us is also capable of making poor judgments as part of our imperfect human natures. Hyping is all in the intent and is entirely malicious and self-serving. Ask yourself if these two conditions are characteristics of what you say and you will have an unequivocal answer. I don't see any of these things in your statements--just great optimism. The only suggestion I have is that, if you present LONE to others, make sure to highlight the legalities of their case so that the potential negatives are presented equally with the positives.

Warmest Regards,
Puck
