If, then... If LDDI owned 100% of Powerchannel, then why do you want to know the % ownership? I'm not trying to be a wiseass here, I am just trying to get an accurate picture here of what the LDDI-Powerchannel relation is. And per the last LDDI 10-K, Powerchannel was referred to as a private company in which LDDI was a shareholder. I'm not sure what you mean by "several queries" and what the reliability of these unknown people are, but I can tell you that I have made many phone calls to LDDI and have not ahd a single one returned.
