Dear Paddy: I agree with you. The only way they are getting my stock for $8 is if the vote is positive. I will be voting NO,NO,NO.
Regarding the proxy statement--I dont see how they can mail it out before it is approved by the SEC and I havent seen a filing yet. Has anyone??
Regarding 10Q--after a careful review IMHO it is very conservative. For instance the $610,000 deferred tax VALUATION ALLOWANCE. I am not a tax expert but income is so high now and expected to be so high in the future I cannot see how a valuation ALLOWANCE is necessary. Seems to me if they have loss in 2002 they could always carry it back to the profitable years beginning this year. But, I dont have all the facts so only guessing. Bottom line is that Valuation Allowance cost us 3 cents a share which will be transferred to Real ultimately. Cash balance is SO HUGE that one has to wonder why they didnt repay the loan requiring warrants to be issued. Finally, gross profit percentage on UNCOMPLETED JOBS only booked at about 26% to date. As usual quite conservative considering at the completion probably will be in the 50% range. JDN
