Gary, Digital Signal Processing seems to be the wave of the future. I just saw a release by TI in which they said that DSP is the future and their R&D effort will focus almost exclusively on it. This appears also to be Logic's focus. However, I don't know how successful they will be and I'm not enough of a technical expert to judge their current products except by what customers are listed in Logic's financials. Could logic be a buy-out candidate at these prices?... don't know that either. I will continue to do research though. Bill
