Hi daaan : I believe you are correct that the shareholder outcome is uncertain, but I also think that with the way the PR is worded, that CAVR would be opening themselves to future litigation if they stated "The Company intends to reorganize for the long-term.... ...profitability for shareholders..." and then showed them the door during bankruptcy, no? I am not currently holding, but laurap let me know about CAVR and I've been watching closely. I tried for a fill in the teens and it didn't happen earlier; right now the price looks unstable. Watching... Pana
