Jon, this stock is not hype. I've been a shareholder for almost four years, from day one (BRX Property). The management team consists of very credible people, who have gone through a lot with this BRX property. Other mere mortals would have packed upp their bags and given upp, not our team. Please go to the IPMCF website and read through previous press releases, as well as two analysts reports regarding IPMCF. It also couldn't hurt for you to run through a couple of hundred posts to bring yourself up to speed. No hype, this company could have the discovery of the century!! John
