T, I also use Amazon. They regularly send me bribes to buy stuff from them. And, as one of my mentors once told me, "when somebody offers to buy your business (by risking their capital to get my large trades done at favorable prices to me), let them. When they can't lose their money any more, dump them and we'll (Salomon Brothers, who is no longer there to take orders <g>) still be here to take your orders." <g>
