Re Ptek: The conversion to HLTH is 1.8 HLTH shares for 1 WEBMD share. 2.9m x 1.8 = 5,220,000 shares of HLTH HLTH is trading at $120 Increase value of PTEK = 120 * 5,220,222 = $626,400,000 !!!!! PTEK has 46,100,000 shares outstanding = $13.59 a share
