Somebody must have listened to you Goalie!
Last week end I put in a request for an information package through the SUF web page, and tried several times on Sat and Sun and then again on Mon. There was no indication that it was going through so I then Emailed them and asked why it didn't work. Within minutes I had a concerned return phone call and it was all sorted.

There must have been some sort of a problem somewhere but I sure got the impresson that they cared.
