Chris, Thank you so much for your warm welcome in O-Zone... Regarding the environmental damages resulting from the Kosovo air warfare, let me point out to you that Milosevic's regime represents a far more hazardous environmental threat to democracy than all the depleted uranium that's been used in some anti-tank shells... It's nice to care about the air and the sea in the Balkans but what's primarily at stake here is the political ecology of the region: Milosevic and his henchmen represent a highly toxic ideological pollutant that, if not halted, could contaminate the whole of Europe's political biosphere --that's why I've always talked about the current NATO operation as of a therapy!
