To ALL: Are we in big deep Sh*t ? "Diana" does not exists since 07-MARCH-1997 ? I just made a full text research on Yahoo. Trying to get the "New Ticker" for "Diana". NOTHING CAME UP ! Just the old Ticker DNA. This means, that they are suspended from trading - on the other hand, there is NO news or announcement from the Company itself or from SEC. It was just told in an older Press Release from 21-FRB-1997, that: "...Diana Corp common will be suspended before the opening of trading on Monday, March 10, or such earlier date as the stock begins trading on another securities marketplace." One thing is sure: Diana seems not to have traded anywhere on the 10-MARCH-1997. They did NOT change their name, or ? Let see, what will happen today. I assume a NEW TICKER on the Bulletin Board. That would be bad. NASDAQ SmallCap would be better ... but it does not seem so. Who knows anything ? Regards, Stefan
