Paul, I saw that post of yours - you're absolutely right that CMGI incubates, nutures, and develops new internet companies and that MSGI is appearing to be doing likewise. It is a downstream deal, sort of like the legal pyramid scheme to which you refer. But why own the downstream entities when you can go for the one at the top?
