I don't mean to belabor the point, but the HILO index is at 66 having reversed from a high of 80. As a newbie, it seems that the rules are being disregarded, and I'm struggling to understand why. I realize that a move to below 70% should change an index to Bear Confirmed. But doesn't a reversal when the index is above 70% change it from Bull Confirmed to Bear Alert?
