An acquisition that improves their DV infrustructure portfolio would be a good thing.
Tandberg is a bit pricey when compared to previous acquisitions.
But not out of the question.

Wegener would also be a good fit and is cheaper, I'm sure that there are other possibilities for Cube to acquire.
Perhaps we should open our eyes a bit.

Companies make good money on internet infrastructure (servers, databases, etc..), not just on the PCs that connect to them...
