osi... seems to me that even if a takeover tomorrow, we shouldn't expect to see any huge rise today... if $33 to $35, then that would be a 15% to 22% premium... it really doesn't have reason to go much higher until the sale is announced, does it? just basing this on my one and only takeover experience to date... fore, was a 40% premium from share price at time of buyout, if i remember right... kathy :)
