I don't know what the marginal cost is, frankly.

I do know that AMD's die yields are in the neighborhood of only 34% for the K6-2 line.

What I ALSO KNOW is that AMD posted a LOSS of $128 Million last quarter and that their CHEAPU selling prices are plummeting THIS QUARTER.

This all points to another "healthy" loss for AMD - and loss of market share.
