One thing you are very wrong about is the search engine. Sleuth search engine is indeed proprietary and is NOT from Inktomi or anyone else. In fact, a women named Sally Elliot designed it and launched it back in 1995. This is a verifiable fact. It is entirely original and it has been roundly lauded by many publications as one of the best search engines.

Second, the legal and brokerage firms being used by BHUB are NOT the same ones used by IBUY. I am told they have a top notch set of consultants who are playing everything by the book.

Finally, when this company does in fact file to become a reporting company, it will disprove the notion that they have anything to hide.
