Did You just see Kernan on CNBC stating deal is worth 500 million to PTEK shareholders, stated float as 50 mln as far as I know only 38.7 MLN. So instead of it adding 10 dollars per share to PTEK, more like 12. Time to stop watching PTEK and look for the next play. Shorts will be covering now or late Today. I looked at GRIN last night but did not like the volume, today it's up over 20%.
