Obviously your opinion must be a little biased, but that's OK with me, you haven't hidden your association.

But you really haven't answered my question. Is something like Cyber overkill for someone who is, at the closest, an occasional day-trader and at the furthest, just a short-term trader. This is my first forray into online trading so I don't know yet how much I'll get into it or if I'm any good at it.

Therein lies the question. Is direct-acccess overkill for someone like me? And how about the learning curve? Are there any products/services that fit my needs as a new online-trader that MIGHT begin gradually getting into daytrading?

Maybe it's all or nothing: ordinary and easy on-line trading or live-with-the-expense and make-the-time-to-learn-it direct access, with nothing in between.
