Laz-What about a scenario like this: While exploring ways to divest the legacy (Rochester Tel) side of FRO, they discovered an alliance format that allowed them to have a last-mile relationship,sell the copper assets,strip the faster-growth elements,and further leverage the global network? If so, might they be tempted to do something similar on a larger scale? Best regards, Mike
