Kumar - what do you think as "Fair Value" for VRTY right now, please ?
I wanted to "average down" my investment in VRTY, but my Broker at
Smith Barney told me "this would not be the proper time for buying".
The stock was at that time around 8 USD, couple of days back.
So I did not buy.
I agree with you, that facing the 19-MARCH-1997 for the final Third Quarter Results (with already announced losses), there is not much reason for an -immediate- UPward move. Who knows at the end HOW MUCH we will have as REAL losses in Q3. It could be more than "estimated" now.

On the other hand - WHAT MIGHT BE THE FAIR PRICE of VRTY ? I understand, that in the meantime disappointed investors are NOT willing to pay the PE ratio of over 400 (about 2 months back).
But how long will it take until the market "decides NOT to pay the CURRENT PE ratio of 170 either" ?
The broker told me to pick up some "decent companies with PE between 20 and 30", not touching "things which are falling, like rocks from 18 to 8 USD in just less than 2 months".
So I did not buy. What do you thing about VRTY's PE ratio and where we will be once the Q3 is FULLY announced on the 19-MARCH-1997 ?
Thanks for your opinion and regards,

Stefan
