There is already at least one (fairly new) SSRI antidepressant, Effexor, that works on those three neurotransmitters (seretonin, dopamine, and norepinephrine). The side effect profile of this new one looks about the same as that of all the other SSRIs.

Any of the newer antidpressants might take market share away from Prozac, for a while at least, until people find out what the real story is by using them over time. Prozac has been around for a good long while now, and I believe is still considered the gold standard of antidepressants.
