I got in Yesterday at 16 3/8, Kernan said float is 50 mln according to Yahoo is only 38.7 mln. Deal is worth approx. 500 mln to PTEK. That's about 12 dollars per share to PTEK, plus They have a big stake in USA.NET coming out May 28. This looks like a nobrainer hold into next week, shorts should start covering Today and Tomorrow. CEO's are on CNBC Tonight re merger, look for gap up in PTEK Tomorrow.
