Mark Peterson, CPA - MSGI's most recent acquisition before Stevens-Knox and CMG-Direct was back in December of 1997. The Stevens-Knox acquisition was not completed until January 22, 1999. The earnings just posted were for the quarter ending March 31. Are you actually suggesting that MSGI's 51% increase in revenue was primarily attributable to MSGI's having Stevens-Knox on board for 2 months? This 51% growth clearly was primarily internally generated from new clients, sales, etc.

Moreover, if you will read Monday's PR you will see that it states: ''We saw particular strength in our Internet Group, with 45% top line growth, primarily resulting from new business development and excluding recent acquisitions,'' said Jeremy Barbera, Chairman and CEO of MSGI.

See the part about "excluding recent acquisitions?" Please explain how you've concluded that "MSGI failed to grow organically," particularly in the face of 3 publicized major new clients in just the first 4 months of this year?
