Victoria, Could you elaborate the reasoning behind your statement? Typically, it is a very bad news for a "to be acquired" company to be trading significantly below fair value. Indicates potential for the acq to fall through (could be good for INTC shareholders but really bad for LEVL shareholders). Any news? Chuck
