Steve, that's the hardest question to answer, no? hey, a BUY reiteration is better than a downgrade, though. lol i think my guess would be that analysts get paid too much money to be wrong, so they tend to be conservative on price target. hey, next upgrade to $40 when the stock beats $36 before next earning report (Q3)! lol
