I understand what Joe is saying. This deal has obviously been in the works for some time. Part of the compensation package could (most likely) be stock options. If that was known while they were posting, there is clearly a conflict of interest. That being said, I still believe in this company and the posts that were given by Dave Gore and the boys. IOMH
