You have me very confused . I live in CA and housing values have increased. I also pay 2.99 for tomatoes. The thing i see is that the lower end of income has not increased but upper has. With increase in property rentals will increase and at sometime you will see people will have to ask for hikes in wages. I am unsure what type of vehicle you drive that the price remains roughly the same tis not the case here. One cannot have a sound economy based only on the ability to buy shares so i am seeing through your eyes a very weak demand economy. You have perhaps given birth to my fears form retail sales that this economy is way to top heavy. This would also play havock on ATHM. Thank you for your post.
