Thanks for the welcome. I'm Rich from RB and caved-in and paid for the wonderful SI. I spoke to a company rep. today and got info that GE is going to release the BD report and lawyers are looking at it now. Could be released anytime in 2 weeks, but also said based on GE time. In my words, anytime from today to 10 years from now. Also 3rd set of questions from officials has been answered by GE to get on BB. This should be responded to within 7-8 business days by NAS or SEC, but out of GE control and SEC has been dragging feet.
