With all due respect, do you really expect them to meet earnings after the expenses associated with buying back $100 million of bonds, entering into a new credit facility and preparing for an IPO?

Also, more competition for their phone cards, and lower prices.

If their sales grew enough to offset this I'll be very surprised. Even so, their margins had to decrease.
