As for the key points, ROSS reported in their last quarterly call that production of the new chips is going well. The extended credit facility from Fujitsu will provide necessary short-term cash (although the question remains whether or not ROSS can staunch the outflow of cash on an operating basis). Doubts about keeping good people in the company is a very troubling question. We can only hope that the change at the helm from R. Ross to Fred May will revive morale. But I'm puzzled that the article reports Viper won't be released until next year. In the last quarterly conference call, ROSS reported they would have a Viper product on the market late this quarter. - Peter B
