Robert,

>>>> I would venture it is the best dim sum outside HK. In fact I would venture that it compares to the best in HK. In fact the owners are from HK as I remember. <<<<

The head office of the company I use to work for was in SF, and I remember my very first trip to SF. Everyone stayed at the nice hotels
but I picked the HOLIDAY INN in CHINATOWN since I was so excited that I could eat Chinese food all the time. BOY was I disappointed. I mean - IT STUNK. I was able to find much better Chinese food in the suburbs. I believe I was also at that restaurant you were talking about and it was good.

Years ago it was stated that the best Chinese food outside of HK was
SF then NYC. Over the years it has changed and now they say Taipei and then Toronto. I do have some experience there since I use to own a Chinese restaurant in NYC, and I do agree with that change.

Are you sorry now for bringing up the topic of food. ggggggggggggg

I have always been a big shui-mai freak. gggggggg
