Yes, but "first cousin once removed" is a class of persons, sons or daughters or intersexual state descendants or males and females who are sons and daughts of brothers and sisters. Where there is a lot of intergenerational intermarriage it is probably best to say "one of her pairs of grandparents were my parents." When one comes from the hills, one is attached to the problems personally.
