No, that is not true. IPOs go to favored customers of the brokerages that are handling it. Often, those favorites include officers of the company making the stock offering. Now you or me will probably not be one of the chosen few who get the stock at the offerring price. What do you bet that Jonas is so unlucky that he can't get ahold of a nice block of shares, either directly or indirectly through his foundation. He isn't just one of us common, ordinary shareholders.
