All this presumes one knows where the top and bottom is. The timing of the next P.O. has kept me from trading the stock. If the PO was 3 months off, it would make sense to trade it in the meantime. If you believe that the PO will be in the next week or two, you are better off holding and waiting. It seems you think the PO is some ways off.

My original guess on the date of the PO announcement was April 15. Thats was wrong, but now I'm guessing June 15th. My reason is that the annual statement is due by the end of the month and they must make some type of announcement about the terms of the financing that has kept VLNC going for the last 2 months. My belief is that contract announcements will be made or suggested in the statement. The annual report will then serve as a good marketing tool for the secondary offering which will come in September(my guess again).
