Jules, thanks for an excellent post. While I feel that IDTC missed a terrific opportunity to permanently increase the price by giving any shares to shareholders, you have posted a very succinct summary of management's thinking. In reality IDTC could have still kept a controlling interest and given shareholders a 1 for 10 ratio. I am unhappy that shareholders were not given at least some pittance or perhaps an opportunity to buy some shares at IPO prices. Often the full value of share ownership is not priced into the parent company, but we will have to wait and see on that. Having said that, I still feel there is tremendous unrecognized value in IDTC and will be holding long and strong.
