Blank, as a poster pointed out on Yahoo, it is extremely likely that IDTC management will have accounts with the proper brokers who will see that they can get a substantial number of shares at IPO price.

I am not saying they don't deserve them, but they will be able to get them. So in reality, they are not in exactly the same position we are.
