Wow just got your message. Winconsin, wow. The main reason i suggust
that people come to the s/h meeting is to meet Michael. He is etremely bright, but moreover his honesty and integrety. I have been
associated with owning the stock for 4.5 years and when the thought of
selling it came to me, i would be reminded of the attributes of
the CEO.

Add to that, the product (ie not a lot of competition),the growth of the company, gross profit %, the clean bal sheet (no debt, and strong
current assets--cash etc), and always from the beginning audited by a
big 6 auditing firm.
