Does anyone on this thread think VRSN won't stay independent in the future ? I have a hunch that somebody will take over VRSN. Some big Internet that would like to expand in e-commerce such as AOL, or wants to shape how Internet should be such as MSFT are good candidates.

Any thoughts on this ?

Man, I am impressed with VRSN's performance lately.
