As I indicated, my transcription of my notes was intended to be as neutral as possible.

I will post my feelings and observations when I get a chance, but one of them *certainly* is that becoming a reporting company will go a long way to assuage investors' concerns regarding past irregularities.

When things have to be reported to the Feds every quarter, the wise corporate officer is more likely to make sure that he is reporting "the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth."

And wise corporate Directors, especially independent ones, will assist and guide him in that direction too.

My feeling is that achieving reporting status will have a profound influence on the stock's price.

Other opinions welcome.
