An addendum to John's notes (for which I profusely thank you, John -- a time consuming task and well done as usual) ... As most corporate boards have a large number of significant shareholders on them, it was mentioned that the board should be enlarged to include at least one shareholder. Don agreed and said he would discuss it with the current board. This is a definite step in the right direction as we do need shareholder representation on the board.
